These Terms of Service ("Terms") set the rules for using the website run by Cisolo ("we", "us", or "our"), and for any purchase you make through our online store.

By browsing our site or placing an order, you accept these Terms along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy. If any of this doesn't sit right with you, please don't use the website.

Cisolo sells online to customers located in United States. Our store runs on a third-party e-commerce platform. Cisolo is the seller and your contractual partner for every order placed here.

2. Who Can Buy

You need to be at least 18 — or the legal age of majority where you live — to order from us. Placing an order confirms that everything you've told us is accurate and complete.

3. Using the Site Properly

4. About the Products

We do our best to keep descriptions, photos, and specs accurate. Even so, small variations in colour, packaging, or appearance can crop up because of manufacturing changes or how screens render images. Availability can shift without notice.

5. Placing an Order

Submitting an order is you making an offer to buy. A binding contract only comes into being once we send you an order-confirmation email.

We may cancel or turn down an order if:

  • We suspect fraud or unauthorised activity
  • A pricing error or technical glitch occurs
  • Stock isn't available
  • We suspect reselling or bulk buying

If we've already taken payment and then cancel, you'll get a full refund within 5 business days.

Prices show in US Dollars (USD). Certified third-party providers handle payments securely, and we don't keep full card details on our servers. We can't be held responsible for hold-ups caused by banks, payment networks, or card issuers.

7. Getting It Shipped

Delivery timelines and methods sit in our Shipping Policy. Your order stays our responsibility until it reaches the address you gave us. If a parcel is confirmed lost on the way, we'll send a replacement or refund you in full.

9. Sorting Out Disputes

Before you start a chargeback or raise a dispute with your payment provider, please come to us first at  info@cisolo.com. We're committed to settling any issue fairly and quickly.

10. Intellectual Property

All site content — text, graphics, logos, images, and layout — belongs to Cisolo or is licensed to us. You can't copy, reproduce, distribute, or use it without written permission.

11. What You Post

When you submit reviews, photos, comments, or any other content, you grant Cisolo a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide right to display, reproduce, adapt, and use it for running and promoting the business.

You agree that anything you submit won't:

  • Infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy
  • Carry viruses, malware, or harmful code
  • Be false, misleading, or meant to deceive

We can remove any user submission at our discretion, without warning.

Our site is hosted on a third-party platform and may plug into outside services like payment processors, analytics tools, and optional add-ons. Those third-party tools come "as is" and "as available", with no warranties from us. Using any optional third-party tool is entirely your own call and at your own risk.

We aren't answerable for the content, accuracy, policies, or behaviour of external sites or services, and we suggest reading their terms and privacy policies before engaging with them.

13. Errors and Omissions

Sometimes the site may carry typos, inaccuracies, or gaps around product descriptions, pricing, promotions, or availability. We reserve the right to fix any of these and to update information at any time without notice — including cancelling orders placed on the strength of incorrect details.

14. Limits on Our Liability

The website and Services come "as is" and "as available", with no express or implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We don't promise the site will be uninterrupted, on time, secure, or error-free, nor that the results you get from it will be accurate or dependable.

Nothing here takes away your right to receive the product you bought, or a refund if it never arrives. As far as the law allows, our total liability tied to these Terms or your use of the site is capped at the purchase price of the product in question.

In no case will Cisolo, its directors, employees, partners, agents, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or Services.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cisolo and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) connected to:

  • Your breach of these Terms
  • Your breach of any law or anyone else's rights
  • Any content you submit or transmit through the site

16. Accounts and Security

Open an account and you're responsible for keeping your login details private and for everything done under it. Tell us straight away at  info@cisolo.com if you think someone has got into your account.

17. Ending Access

These Terms stay in force until either side ends them. We may, at our discretion, suspend or shut off your access right away and without notice if you breach any part of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature ought to outlast termination — ownership, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and liability limits among them — carry on in full.

18. The Whole Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and any other referenced documents, make up the entire agreement between you and Cisolo about your use of the site. They override any earlier agreements or understandings, written or spoken.
