At Cisolo we work to get your order to you dependably and to keep you in the loop at every stage of the journey.

Shipping at a Glance

  • Where we ship: United States only
  • Cost: free standard shipping on every order
  • Processing time: 1–2 business days
  • Transit time: 5–7 business days
  • Estimated total delivery: 6–9 business days

Delivery Area

For now we ship only to addresses within United States. We deliver to valid residential and commercial street addresses, but not to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or U.S. territories.

How Orders Are Processed

  • We process orders Monday through Saturday, public holidays aside.
  • Anything ordered after 3:00 PM MST or on a holiday starts processing the next business day.
  • Processing usually takes 1–2 business days.
  • As soon as your order goes out, you'll get a shipping-confirmation email with tracking.
  • During busy stretches — holidays or big sale events — processing can take a little longer, and we'll flag any meaningful delays.

How Long Delivery Takes

Once dispatched, delivery normally runs 5–7 business days, for an estimated 6–9 business days in total from the moment you order. Times can shift due to weather, carrier hold-ups, or high-volume periods.

Carriers

We ship through trusted carriers, which may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL.

Tracking Your Parcel

You'll receive tracking by email once your order ships. Give it 24–48 hours for the first tracking updates to show up. You can also follow your order on our tracking page.

Correct Address

Please double-check that your shipping address is right and complete at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we'll reach out to arrange a reshipment — extra shipping charges may apply.

Delayed or Lost Parcels

  • If your order is running well behind schedule, get in touch.
  • If a shipment is confirmed lost in transit, we'll offer either a replacement or a full refund.
  • If tracking says delivered but you can't find the parcel, we'll help you take it up with the carrier.

Please contact us within 7 business days of the expected delivery date.
