Here at Cisolo, your satisfaction comes first. If a purchase doesn't live up to what you expected, our team is ready to make it right.
When You Can Return
Returns are accepted for up to 30 days, counted from the day your order arrives.
What Makes an Item Returnable
Before sending something back, please make sure it ticks every box below:
- Still unworn, unused, and unwashed
- Returned in its original packaging with every tag left in place
- Sent together with a valid proof of purchase (your order confirmation or receipt works fine)
Anything that shows signs of use, has been damaged after delivery, or is no longer in its original state can't be accepted for return.
Starting Your Return
Follow these steps to begin a return or exchange:
- Send an email to info@cisolo.com and use the subject line: "Return – [your order number]".
- Tell us your full name, the order number, and why you'd like to return the item.
- Attach clear photos showing the product, the packaging, and whatever issue you ran into. We ask for this on every return request.
- Expect a reply from us within 24 hours containing your next steps.
- Wrap the item up safely in its original packaging and slip your proof of purchase inside.
- Send it back using a carrier that offers tracking, then email the tracking number to info@cisolo.com so we can keep an eye on the shipment.
Returns sent without getting the green light from us first may not be accepted. We'll share the full return address in our reply once your request has been approved.
How Refunds Work
After your return reaches us, we'll check the item over within 1–2 business days and email you the moment your refund is approved.
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or card provider may need a little extra time before the money shows up on your end.
Changed Your Mind?
No problem — you can still send the item back within 30 days of delivery, as long as it's unused and tucked back into its original packaging. In this case, the cost of return shipping is on you.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If something turns up broken or defective, reach out within 30 days of receiving it. We'll ask for a photo of the damage, and once we've confirmed it, you decide what happens next: a free replacement or a full refund. Either way, we cover the return shipping.
Wrong Item Delivered
Received the wrong product? Let us know right away. We'll set up a free return and send the correct item your way at no extra charge.
Exchanges
Exchanges are welcome within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item you want is in stock.
- Defective or incorrectly shipped products get replaced free of charge.
- For exchanges based on preference (a different size, color, and so on), the item needs to be unused and the return shipping is your responsibility.
Cancelling an Order
You've got a 1-hour window after purchase to cancel, provided the order hasn't been processed or shipped yet. Once it's on its way, cancellation is off the table and the regular return process kicks in instead.
Who Pays for Return Shipping
- Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items: we take care of all return shipping costs.
- Everything else (change of mind, preference exchanges): return shipping is covered by you.
We never charge restocking fees — not under any circumstances.
If you're returning through a standard carrier, return shipping usually runs somewhere between 10$ and 20$ depending on the size and weight of the parcel.
